Rental Information
Reception Hall
Our reception hall has a private entrance, rest rooms, bar and rents for $400. Membership Rate is $300. The hall can be reserved for the entire day from 8AM until 12 AM. Tables and chairs are provided. We have 24 round tables that sit 8 people and 7- 8 feet long, 30 inches wide rectangle tables that accommodate 8 people comfortably. There are round table covering available for rent at $15 each. You may arrange the tables any way you prefer. We will do the hall clean up. Our hall will accommodate up to 250 people. You may bring in a Deejay or Band. We do cater events at our facility and offer excellent food at reasonable prices (no rental fee for members if their event is catered through us- except weddings). All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through us.
Annex Room
Our annex is available for up to 50 people. The room is available for your event for $75 non-member rate, member rate $50. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through us, but you may bring in any other drinks and refreshments. The room is available at no charge when your group is eating from the dinner menu or catered through us.

General Wedding Booking Info
We require both rental fee ($400) and catering fee (per person rate) on weddings.
We require a $100.00 deposit (and signed contract) to hold a date, which is nonrefundable and nontransferable upon cancellation.
If wedding is self catered or an outside caterer is used the kitchen is not available for use due to insurance purposes.
Kegs are $175 and we only charge for kegs tapped.
Wine is $12 by the bottle for house wine. If you want a different wine, you must buy it by the case through us and can take home leftovers.
We can also provide Alcohol for any punches/drinks wanted to be made
A bartender fee of $50 will be charged to use the cash bar
They can bring in their own sodas and waters
We can get plastic cups trough our beer vendor at an additional charge otherwise those are not provided.
